In order to grant the maximum transparency to our Clients not only about our fees and possible expenses foreseeability, but also about our activity processes, our Clients are invited to express their needs and wishes about the desired support by:

 

 Phone/ Skype;

 E-mail;

GSI CRM-ERP, our own cloud system (Global Services Interface),

 receiving in advance a related User Identification Code and Password.

 

In case of option A) or B) our Consultants will fill in anyway a RFA/ Request for Action in our group GSI system, and this will allow to take a very precise picture of the Client’s needs/wishes, reflecting as much as possible his/her expectations of quality-price relationship. Then an automatic e-mail and SMS message will be delivered to the Client, asking to enter in our GSI system and confirm that our understanding about the required activity is correct and aligned with the Client expectations, including the approval of the related fees. All will then remain recorded historically in our system, including the invoicing, with possibility for the Clients of historical consultation.
